Poo4You understands there may be times you change your mind or have ordered incorrectly. To receive a refund and/or a store credit (as determined by Poo4You) items must be returned within 7 days at the customers expense to Unit 1, 30 Canham Way Greenwood undamaged and in their original packaging.
Should you decide to swap some products there will be a handling and delivery fee of at least $20. This may increase due to your location and the quantity that is to be exchanged.
In the event we are unable to supply a customer goods online order we will refund the price in full to their nominated bank account.
