When adding Molasses to the organic garden it provides food for the healthy microbes in the soil. The greater amount of microbial activity in your soil the healthier your plants will be. The darker the Molasses the greater nutritional value ... and if you have a problem with Caterpillars here is a simple and natural recipe to hopefully repel them. Take a spray bottle and spray all over your susceptible plants, tops and underneath leaves as well.

 

1 tablespoon moalsses

1 liter lukewarm water

1 teaspoon liquid soap

Always best to test a patch first.
